DDB strives to raise awareness for chained and penned dogs in a positive way, by delivering a Valentine, an informative brochure and a treat coupon to owners of dogs living outside. They hope to send at least 8000 Valentines this year.
The owner of the dog above refused an offer from DDB of a better home.
This little dog lived outside on a chain for 13 years!
These dogs chains are tangled and they have very little room to move around.

It is really bad to see dogs chained up.. So lets take some time out to save man's best friends from being chained
