DDB strives to raise awareness for chained and penned dogs in a positive way, by delivering a Valentine, an informative brochure and a treat coupon to owners of dogs living outside. They hope to send at least 8000 Valentines this year.

This little dog lived outside on a chain for 13 years!
These dogs chains are tangled and they have very little room to move around.
